Raising Funds for Meningitis UK
The
Freedom North East 2000 Caravan Club Duck race will take place at 2pm on
Saturday 31st May 2008, on the River Wear at Stanhope.
The Duck Race is an event that will be part of FNE 2000 CC Duck Day. All proceeds from the Race and Duck Day will be added to the amount raised by Freedom North East 2000 Caravan Club over the caravan season and donated to the Official Club Charity for 2008 - Meningitis UK
Each duck costs £1 to adopt for the day and the owner of the winning adopted duck will receive £100. Other prizes are available, please see the our sponsors page for more details.
The club is very grateful for the very generous sponsorship we have received, meaning we can help Meningitis UK focus to find a vaccine to protect against all forms of Meningitis and Meningococcal Septicaemia.
